Review of The Advocate’s Daughter

Anthony Franze’s, The Advocate’s Daughter, is a Thriller set in Washington D.C. Sean Serrat is transitioning from his stable job as a Supreme Court lawyer into the money making private sector with a firm. He is a proud father of three children especially his oldest, Abby, a law student. Rumored to being nominated to the U.S. Supreme Court, Serrat doesn’t want to be in the spotlight due to his dark past. However, when his daughter is found dead, he must figure out who did it and if it had something to do with a lover’s quarrel, his nomination, or the murder he was involved in twenty years earlier.

This is a book about murder, the power struggle among government officials, and about learning from your past. A fun read. It is approximately 300 pages. You can find this at and
